We do carry out all software-related repairs to laptops. For laptop hardware failures

If you are thinking of sending back your laptop to the manufacturer of your machine, a word of caution: as part of the laptop repair process, manufacturers may have to reset your laptop to factory settings, resulting in the loss of all your valuable data and files. We are  able to backup these files for you, even if your laptop won’t start.

We carry out software-related repairs to printers i.e. driver and/or installation problems, however, we do not repair printer hardware failures.

Unfortunately, we do not carry out repairs to monitors.

We also do not carry out hardware repairs with Apple Macs or Unix-based systems.
